lol, usually this stuff is done on things like Photoshop rather than Paint-- MSPaint's limited capabilities make it nearly impossible to render graphics that look nice and aren't pixel art.

I made a graphic with Photoshop Elements 6 and my bamboo pen tablet. ;D With all these awesome folks making other banners I probably don't stand a chance But no harm in trying =)

I made this entirely from scratch..... um... except for the confetti, I used a brush which came with the program--so I didn't download the brush. Here ya' go.
